1、接通氣源：
　　1, connect the gas source:
　　源接通，調(diào)節(jié)減壓閥至0.4~0.6Mpa，檢查系統(tǒng)有無漏氣現(xiàn)象。然后試運(yùn)行以下動(dòng)作：（1）A泵提升；（2）A泵充氣；（3）B泵提升；（4）B泵充氣。注意：提升氣缸提升時(shí)，如果兩氣缸不同步，請(qǐng)下降至原點(diǎn)后重新操作。
　　The source is connected and the pressure relief valve is adjusted to 0.4~0.6Mpa to check the leakage of the system. Then try to run the following actions: (1) A pump lifting; (2) A pump inflated; (3) B pump lifting; (4) B pump inflated. Note: when lifting the cylinder, if the two cylinder is not synchronized, please drop back to the original point and re operate.
　　2、將A、B組份膠桶就位，并與A、B膠泵的軸線對(duì)中。

　　雙組份打膠機(jī)以A組份為例：

　　1)操作手動(dòng)轉(zhuǎn)閥，將A泵提升至高，提升過程中觀察各管路有無拉伸過緊處。

　　2)將膠桶放置在A泵壓膠盤下，開啟膠桶，將其中塑料袋外翻至桶外，膠面塑料片取出。

　　2) put the glue barrel under the A pump press disc, open the glue barrel, turn the plastic bag out to the bucket, and take the plastic sheet out.
　　3)使A泵壓盤緩慢下降，壓盤入桶時(shí)應(yīng)使其與桶口對(duì)準(zhǔn)，將壓膠盤排氣口打開，直到壓盤接觸膠面。待壓盤內(nèi)氣體全部排放完并有少量膠從排氣口溢出時(shí)，即可關(guān)閉排氣閥。（提升開關(guān)保持下壓狀態(tài)）
　　3) slow down the pressure plate of the A pump, when the pressure plate enters the barrel, it should be aligned with the buckets, and the vent opening of the press disc is opened until the press disc is exposed to the rubber surface. The exhaust valve can be closed when the gas is completely discharged and a small amount of glue is spilled from the exhaust port. (lift switch keep down pressure state)
　　4)開機(jī)試打膠：將主泵氣源開關(guān)打開，按下膠槍開關(guān)，直至A泵里空氣排凈槍口處出膠連續(xù)時(shí)停止。
　　4) open machine test glue: open the main pump gas switch, press the glue gun switch until the air in the A pump is discharged at the mouth of the gun and stops when the glue is continuous.
