一、丁基膠涂布機(jī)出膠正常，但涂不到鋁框上
1、 The butyl adhesive coater is normal, but cannot be applied to the aluminum frame
(1) 膠頭間隔過大，應(yīng)調(diào)近間隔為0.5-0.6mm,如8.0鋁框應(yīng)調(diào)8.5-8.6。
(1) If the rubber head spacing is too large, the spacing should be adjusted to 0.5-0.6mm. For example, the 8.0 aluminum frame should be adjusted to 8.5-8.6.
(2)膠的熔點過高，提高膠頭膠缸的溫度。
(2) The melting point of the rubber is too high, which increases the temperature of the rubber cylinder of the rubber head.
二、丁基膠涂布機(jī)出膠量小
2、 The butyl rubber coater has small glue output
(1)查看系統(tǒng)的擠膠壓力正常為8-16mPa。
(1) Check that the extrusion pressure of the system is normally 8-16mPa.
(2) 膠頭被雜物阻塞，需整理膠頭。用火油清洗作用更佳。
(2) The rubber head is blocked by sundries and needs to be sorted. It is better to clean with kerosene.
(3)丁基膠涂布機(jī)膠頭不出膠

(4)查看溫度是否已達(dá)到設(shè)定溫度。
(4) Check whether the temperature has reached the set temperature.
(5)查看系統(tǒng)是否有壓力。

氣源壓力0.4-0.6之間

擠膠壓力8-16之間

溫度：依據(jù)膠的實際情況110-160之間，一般120℃

丁基膠涂布機(jī)鋁框前段打不上膠：調(diào)整涂膠閥時刻，落下時刻減小。

1、丁基膠涂布機(jī)系統(tǒng)翻開后，油缸無動作
1. After the butyl rubber coater system is turned over, the oil cylinder has no action
(1)查看外接氣源是否正常。
(1) Check whether the external air source is normal.
(2)查看翻開液壓電機(jī)開關(guān)后，系統(tǒng)電磁閥是否正常換向。
(2) Check whether the solenoid valve of the system reverses normally after turning on the hydraulic motor switch.
(3)減壓閥是否已翻開。
(3) Whether the pressure reducing valve has been opened.
(4)查看氣液增壓站上的氣管是否有氣壓。
(4) Check whether the gas pipe on the gas-liquid booster station has air pressure.
(5)如都正常，用平口螺絲刀按一下增壓缸兩頭的小換向閥上的銅觸頭。
(5) If all are normal, press the copper contact on the small reversing valve at both ends of the booster cylinder with a flat-bladed screwdriver.
2、 丁基膠涂布機(jī)系統(tǒng)只進(jìn)不退

(1)膠缸操作退翻開時，看液壓換向閥上的燈是否亮。
(1) Check whether the light on the hydraulic reversing valve is on when the rubber cylinder is operated and turned back.
(2)重復(fù)翻開關(guān)閥膠缸操作退開關(guān)，看是否能處理。
(2) Repeat the opening and closing valve rubber cylinder operation to check whether it can be handled.
(3)用鐵片擋在液壓換向閥的線圈端，燈亮?xí)r看是否有磁性，如無，需替換液壓換向閥的伐圈，如有，需將換向閥拆下清洗。
(3) Block the coil end of the hydraulic reversing valve with an iron plate. When the light is on, check whether it is magnetic. If it is not, replace the valve ring of the hydraulic reversing valve. If it is, remove the reversing valve and clean it.
(4)液壓換向閥被雜物卡住，需拆下清洗。
(4) The hydraulic reversing valve is stuck by sundries and needs to be removed for cleaning.
