1 要了解為什么要使用雙組份打膠機(jī)來工作

設(shè)備使用的重要性：中空玻璃在制作過程中，有一個(gè)環(huán)節(jié)是非常關(guān)鍵的，就是用結(jié)構(gòu)膠將兩片玻玻璃徹底密封，由于人工打膠慢，封閉不好，所以大量的生產(chǎn)中空玻璃就需要設(shè)備。

雙組份打膠機(jī)的操作方法：
Operation method of two-component gluing machine:
1 打開氣泵開關(guān)，電源總開關(guān)，控制臺(tái)開關(guān)，在控制臺(tái)按手動(dòng)按鈕
1. First turn on the air pump switch, the main power switch and the console switch, and press the manual button in the console
2 然后在顯示屏上找到原點(diǎn)設(shè)定，點(diǎn)擊輔助原點(diǎn)設(shè)定，然后點(diǎn)擊頭部原點(diǎn)設(shè)定
2. Then find the origin setting on the display screen, click the auxiliary origin setting, and then click the head origin setting
3 注意原點(diǎn)設(shè)定時(shí)避免頭部和輔助吸盤碰撞。等設(shè)定好然后返回找到玻璃厚度設(shè)定
3. Pay attention to avoid collision between the head and the auxiliary suction cup when setting the origin. After setting, return to find the glass thickness setting
4 先是玻璃的厚度然后是鋁隔條然后還是玻璃的厚度

5輸入完以后，點(diǎn)擊設(shè)置進(jìn)入。等命令位置和當(dāng)前位置數(shù)值一致即可，注意設(shè)置時(shí)傳送帶上不要有玻璃。

雙組份打膠機(jī)操作時(shí)情況分析：

1 開始打膠要看每條邊每個(gè)角打膠是否均勻

2 在屏幕上點(diǎn)擊返回找到密封配方，點(diǎn)擊進(jìn)入，會(huì)顯示當(dāng)前密封壓力

3 如果每條邊都缺膠，那么可增加壓力，壓力大膠量大，壓力小膠量就小。
